Reading Activity (Anthrax Disease)

In Room Six we have been doing Activity's on the book Recruit yes we are still reading the same book but we have nearly finished the book recruit "nooooo!". Last weeks activity was to research about Anthrax Disease ( We could choose what Activity you wanted to do) which that is why i'm sharing it to uses so you can read more about the Disease. And if you have it you will know what it is. This disease is very rare so don't freak out about this poster.

We are now reading 'Wringer' from Jerry Spinelli and one of the ideas for us to do about one of the things that happend in the book or some thing based on the book so I did facts about the author on google drawing.

'Wringer' script

We are reading Wringer by Jerry Spinelli. We chose a script from the book that we would like to do. Then we wrote a script from the scene that we picked then when we finished that Miss Hahn but us with people in the class depending on how many people we needed I only needed one person my buddy was Ben M  I was recording because my scene was a boy called Palmer. We had to have camera shots,angles,music and dialogue. My scene is about pigeon feeding.

Holiday challenge

In the holidays we had to do reading and maths and put the page number,images,Background  And the sentence that describe a feeling that was in the book.

The reason why I am doing this slide about cyclones is because we are reading this book called 'refugee' by Alan Gratz and the characters are Isabel,Mound,Josef,Mahmoud. And Isabel Grandma got taken away from a cyclone so that's why I did a slide about cyclones because it was an active.

Fake Text

In 'Posted' by John David Anderson Rose runs the Gauntlet with Cameron.  He falls over three quarters of the way down and looses.  So one of the activities was to make a Fake Text.
